I'm trying to send a secured message in order to replace my lost debit card, I was told to go to the message on the left hand side of the page only to find that it is not there.

We appreciate you joining us on TD Helps, Clarence. Sorry to hear you have lost your debit card. We'll be sure to give you instructions on how to receive a new card.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via secured message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you reply back to us with the following information:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
