Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Timothy. We'd be happy to help you check your balance.
You are able to view your account via Online Banking! If you are already signed up, you are able to log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. The link will take you to the log in page in which it is required to enter your user name and password in order to log in.
If you are not currently enrolled, that is okay! You are able to enroll for online access by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Before starting your enrollment, you will need your account number; Social Security Number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address complete the form. If you have any trouble signing up, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank location near you!
Once enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to use our Mobile Banking App if you have a smart phone! To download the App and learn more please visit here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H.
You can also call us by using the number mentioned above to check your balance. By dialing 24/7 number, you are able to use our automated system by following the prompts. It will ask you for your account number or ATM/Visa Debit Card number then the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number if you are a new user. The automated line will ask for your phone code if you are a returning user. At any time you are able to select "0" to be connected with a live Representative. After account verification, they would be happy to review your balance and answer any questions you may have.
ATMs are a great way to check your balance too. When checking your balance through an ATM, all you have to do is insert your Debit Card, then provide your 4-digit PIN, and then press the "Balance inquiry" option. You can also use Non-TD ATMs to check your balance, for information on fees for Non-TD ATMs, check out http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Also note that ATMs do not register all transactions that may be pending against the account (ex: gas, credit card payments, and other checks or bills). For the TD Bank location option, a Teller at the drive-up window or one in the lobby behind the counter can assist you. You will need to provide a valid form of identification to obtain account information and make withdraws from the desired account. Feel free to use the Store Locator mentioned above to find a TD Store or ATM near you!
We hope this helps, Timothy and have a great day.
