Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Whitney. We'd be happy to go over ways to view checks.
Online Banking is a great tool to view checks that have been cashed against your account. If you are not currently enrolled, please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start the process. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security number and, ATM/Visa debit card.
When accessing your Online Banking to view checks you would select your checking account. Online Banking will then bring you to your Account History. The web page is automatically programmed to display the last 10 days but you may view the last 60 days of history from this page. You can also use the "Power Search" feature on the right hand side of the page across from where "Account History" is displayed. You can type in a check number, check range, amount and the last few checks that have been processed!
If you are signed up for paperless statements and need to look for your check outside the last 60 days of activity, check images are included on the last page of your statement and you may view them by selecting the "Statements" tab. If you do not have paperless statements, you may have your check images displayed on your monthly statement. Please note that there may be fees for this addition of this service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule listed below. If you need a copy of a check, there are many ways you can go about requesting the images you need. You can do so from Online Banking by sending a Secure Message. To do so, select the "Customer Service" tab and beneath "Message Center" choose "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the check images that you're requesting including the date, amount and check number. Please note that there may be fees associated with this request. To take a look in greater detail, we invite you to view our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Keep in mind you can also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store in your area. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist in fulfilling your check copy needs! For lobby hours and locations, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Whitney, and have a great night.
