I got locked out my app and got a passcode to put in but i dont know where to put it at bar

Hi, Barbara, we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with Online Banking and we'd be more than happy to help.
To enter your passcode, you will need to access our Online Banking from your computer and then direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you've finish entering your User Name and Password and click on Log In, it will take you to the screen where you can enter your passcode. If you do not have a computer, please bring up your web browser on your phone and type www.tdbank.com in the URL, it will take you to a smart phone friendly version of our website, and you will need to click on "View Full Website" link which is located on the bottom of the page. You may then click on the "Log In" button under "Online Banking" on the right hand side of the page.

If you are still unable to proceed, you may contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to your Online Banking.
