In reply to Joseph, Secaucus
Thanks for writing in, Joseph and we'll be glad to tell you how to get to our messaging system.
In order to send us a Secure Message, it would be necessary to have an Online Banking account with us and to be logged in. You can log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Just click there and follow the prompts!
If you don't have an Online Banking account yet, no worries! You'll be happy to know that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and a US Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or feel free to visit your local TD Bank Store. Please find a list of our Stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We look forward to your message, Joseph! Thanks again for the question and enjoy the rest of your day.
