Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Ann. We would be more than happy to walk you through the process of making changes to your security questions.
If you are able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking, you can view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
If you are unable to log onto your Online Banking that’s okay! You can contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialists who are available to you 24/7 for your convenience. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! You may also visit us during lobby hours for further assistance. There is no self service / change security questions and answers under my customer service tab. This isn't helping me at all, can someone give me efficient answer please.

When logging in the system is asking me questions that i never set up. How do i avoid this and who sets the questions as I did not set the ones being asked of me? I need to log into my account and am overseas so i need urgent resolution to this please. thanks

Generally speaking, the security questions that you are asked when attempting to access your Online Banking are the same security questions that were selected at the time you enrolled. If you are having trouble remembering what one of the answers to your security questions may be, please don't worry, as we're here to help.
Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As you mentioned that you are not currently in the United States, you're also welcome to call collect with operator assistance, from any landline device, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
