Hi Stephanie and welcome to the TD Helps community!
TD Bank offers several different overdraft services available to our Customers. For more information to choose which option is the best for you, we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1AlDFOr. Once you are on this page, you will see "How to set it up" under each of the options.
Based on the details of your question, it sounds like you're trying to enroll for TD Debit Card Advance via Online Banking. To do so, you'll first have to be enrolled and have an online profile. If you haven't done so yet, you may sign up by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started.
Once you're enrolled and logged in, to enroll for TD Debit Card Advance, please click on the Customer Service Tab and then under the Self Service section look for "Enroll for TD Debit Card Advance (SM). This should be the second to last option on the right hand column.
Additionally, you may enroll for this feature by calling our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting a local TD Store. To find a nearby TD location please view our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Stephanie and have a great evening.
