I was left a nice home in Palm Shores, FL. It is too large for me. I have it listed and need help financially to do a few little things to make it ready for sale such as buy some mulch and get a few minor repairs done for cosmetic reasons. I would like to do a few things with the proceeds of the home. (It has been through probate and is solely in my name). I want to purchase a smaller home, pay off bills and start a small business. Initially, I have found the home that I want to purchase and need to borrow money to buy it. Can I do that before the home I am in is sold?
