where does my money go? A client sent a wire transfer yesterday, it left their account - but 24 hours later, it is not in mone. How can I get it deposited?

We understand your concern, Lynda, and we'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If you're referring to receiving a wire to your TD Bank account in the U.S., we apologize as we encourage you to reach out to the sender directly to confirm the information provided was correct.
Please know that we are unable to provide time frames on wire transfers sent by another financial institution.
We are able to determine if a wire transfer was returned for your account. To review if the funds were returned, please call us during regular business hours at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists will be glad to confer with our Wire Department on your behalf!
