When submitting an application for one of our credit cards, generally speaking, you will receive a decision in the mail within 7-10 business days; however, it's important to note that this time frame can vary depending on your postal service. If this time frame has already passed, and you still have not received a decision on your application, we invite you to connect with us directly.
For your convenience, our Credit Card Specialist are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 888-561-8861. Not only will one of our Specialists be happy to review your application status, but they can also answer any questions or concerns you may have.
