recieved notice today that my acct had been credited. pending further investigation,,,,but no debit card. I need this card to pay my United Healthcare premium, and to purchase time for my phone.

We apologize that the debit card you ordered for your account hasn't arrived yet, and we'll be happy to help.
Before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to inform you that, typically, debit cards are mailed to your address within 7-10 business days, and will arrive in a white, discreet envelope for the security of your account. While cards are typically delivered in 7-10 business days, please know that this time frame can vary depending on your postal service. If this time frame has already passed, and you still haven't received your card, we'd like to invite you to connect with us so that we may review your account with you.
You're first welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist. For your convenience, they're here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
If you have access to your online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We also notice that you're located within our footprint. If you're in immediate need of a debit card for your account, our Store locations have the ability to print a card for you on the spot. By visiting a TD Store location, during lobby hours, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help, and you'll leave the Store location with a debit card in your hand.
