As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We invite you to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further information about your new debit card.
You also have the option of sending us a secure message for assistance. To send a secure message, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. You may sign up for Online Banking if you have TD Bank ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions.
After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. Once you log into your Online Banking you'll have the option of sending us a secure message. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center." If you have any trouble, please call the phone number listed above.
As always, you have the option of visiting your local TD Bank Store for further assistance. For a listing of TD Bank Stores near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
