Thanks for reaching out to us and we hope you're doing well, Nadia!
First, we'd like to let you know that TD Bank does not have any affiliated banks in or near Turkey at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you'd like to negotiate this check while you're in Turkey, we can recommend that you make a deposit of it using our Mobile Deposit feature, available via the TD Mobile App. Once it becomes available, you can use your TD Bank Debit or ATM card to withdraw funds from a local ATM or perform a cash advance at a local bank (with your Visa Debit card only). Please note that fees and limits may apply for withdrawals and cash advances; kindly see our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt and our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pages 43-44) for more information.
If you are already banking online with us and have also already downloaded the TD Mobile App, but have never used the Mobile Deposit feature, feel free to look at this page: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt for a quick instructional video. Please note that limits apply for Mobile Deposit and we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
If you are not yet using the TD Mobile App, please note that you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you find that you need assistance with this feature, we invite you to give us a call anytime! Please reach our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Or, if you're in Turkey right now, you may contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. The U.S. country code is 1-011.
We hope this helps a bit, Nadia! All the best and safe travels to you.

Hi Sercan. Thanks for reaching out to us!
At this time, TD Bank is not affiliated with any banks in Turkey.
If you have a TD Bank account and use our app, you may be able to deposit this check through mobile deposit. To do a mobile deposit, simply log into your TD Bank app and select the camera icon. You'll then be asked to photograph the front and back of the check and confirm the dollar amount. Once successfully deposited, the check should go through normal processing and could be available to you as soon as the next business day.
If you are not a customer of TD Bank, please know that many other financial institutions also offer mobile deposit. We recommend contacting your bank to see if this is offered so that you can deposit your check while in Turkey.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here or give us a call. To reach us from outside of the United States, please use country code 011 and call 856-751-9000 or call us collect with operator assistance from a landline at 215-569-0518. We have representatives available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We hope you're enjoying your time in Turkey, Sercan!
