I am continuously assessed monthly fees and I need to determine which statement period it is based on.

Thanks for your question, Suzette. We'd be glad to discuss your statement period and maintenance fees.
On some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
Statement cycles are a total of thirty days and may vary based on when you opened your account. You are able to sign in and view an image of your statement to review your specific statement period. Feel free to log in to Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you're signed in, you will need to select your account from the list and then select the "Statement & Notices" tab. After selecting a statement from the list, your statement period will be displayed in the top right corner.
We do offer different types of accounts, each of which has its own balance requirement. We encourage you to review our checking accounts here: http://go.td.com/1oXjGgF and our Savings accounts here: http://go.td.com/1hzzhPT to locate yours. Please note balance requirements apply to each account individually unless otherwise noted with "combined minimum balance."
Because we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum , we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be happy to review your account with you.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a secure message through Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
You're also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information helps and have a good morning!
