Security is important to us, if you ever lose your Debit Card, we first recommend contacting us immediately! You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to close your card and review your recent activity with you.
If you're near a TD Store, feel free to stop in and speak with a Representative there for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Getting a new Debit Card is easy too! You are able to request a new Debit Card if you choose to call us or you're able to receive a new Debit Card during your visit at a TD Store. If you do visit a TD Store to replace your Card, be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, State I.D., Passport etc.).
Please know that Debit Cards requested over the phone will be sent to the address we have for you and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
