In reply to Sanag, Bronx
Good morning, Sanag, and welcome to TD Helps!
We'll be happy to assist you with figuring out which routing number is for your account.
Based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds as if you are already aware that routing numbers vary based on where your account was originally opened. We notice that you're writing into us from The Bronx, in New York City. If you opened your account in The Bronx, or within the New York City area, then the routing number for your account would be:
New York – Metro NYC – 026013673
Your routing number is also located on the bottom of your checks, and if you would like to confirm that the routing number above is accurate, this is a great way to do so. For an example on where you can locate this information, please check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63.
If you're still unsure if your account was open in the Metro NYC area, and would like to confirm this information, there are a couple ways in which you may do.
The first would be to contact a Banking Specialist directly by calling 1-888-751-9000. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and once verified, they'll be more than happy to help you confirm this information. You would also have the option of contacting your local TD Store location, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this helps, Sanag. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions, and we hope you have a great day!
