On 8/4/2015, I deposited $349. I have the deposit slip. The money never made it to my account resulting in over $100 in overdraft charges. I suffer from Narcolepsy controlled by medication and recently had hand surgery requiring a pain medication. I have not been able to pick up meds as my debit card would be denied with no funds in the accout. Twice I have phoned tdbank, The have no record of the deposit, passed me off from one person to another. told me they would investigate taking 3-7 days. I am desperate to solve this today so I may get the meds immediately Thank you
