If you are referring to an application for a TD Bank Credit Card, you're more than welcome to call 888-561-8861 to speak with a Credit Card Specialist. For your convenience, Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you applied for a loan with TD Bank, and your application was declined, you may reach out to our Financial Solutions Group, also 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-937-5020.

I'm calling from Japan and I can't use a toll free number with my mobile phone.
is there another number i can try or a branch in Japan?
