It's great to have you here on TD Helps, Alyce.
If you no longer wish to receive paper statements, you may enroll for paperless statements via your TD Online Banking. In order to enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking.
When enrolling for TD Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, a TD ATM/Visa Debit card is needed, as you mentioned you do not have a card, please connect with us at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to help get you set up. You could also stop by your local TD Store during the lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled and after you log in here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl, please follow the steps below to enroll for paperless statements:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the "Self-Service" portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
You will now receive an email notification when a statement is available for viewing. To view a copy of a statement, you can do so by selecting the "Statements" tab under "Account History".
Let us know if you have any other questions! Have a great day!
