I recently paid a charged off account with TD last week. My new bank requires I show a letter from TD stating that it has been paid off (the email i received from TD was not good enough). They require something with a letterhead, Please help.

In this instance we'd recommend you contact our Recovery Department directly for assistance at 800-354-9769. They can be reached Monday through Friday 8 am to 9 pm and Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm for your convenience.
