I have applied for a HELOC since March 2015 and local bank can not give me any status of my application.
I have submitted documents and related materials as well as sensitive financial documents repeatedly thorughout this time period of nearly SIX MONTHS. The bank personnel including the manager can not find me an answer and blame the underwriters or financial reviewers

If you have received a decision on your Loan and would like more details on your HELOC, please connect with your Processor for additional information. If you do not know who your Loan processor is, you may connect with us at 800-822-6761, option 4 than option 2, available Monday thru Friday between 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
However, if you have not received a decision on your HELOC, you may wish to connect with us directly 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
