If you have recently applied for a loan or line of credit, there are multiple options to obtain the status of your application.
The first option is to call us directly 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with our Financial Solutions Group. Secondly, you can stop by any TD Store during lobby hours to inquire about the status of your loan application. If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
If you are referring to your TD Visa Credit Card application, you may check the status by contacting our Credit Card Department, 24/7, at 888-561-8861 and a Specialist would be happy to help you. Additionally, you will receive a decision from TD Bank via mail within 7-10 business days after the application was submitted.
