I opened a Savings account today but under my mom's name I believe. I am a minor under 18. If I am depositing or withdrawing from my Savings account do I use my name or my mother's name?

Thanks for making a stop here at TD Helps, Jessica. We understand your concern and would be happy to help! It sounds like you're referring to a Young Saver account with TD Bank. When depositing funds into the account, you may wish to write your name or the Custodian's name on the deposit slip. You also mentioned withdrawing funds, please be advised, for a Young Saver account, only the Custodian on the account has access to the funds. Also, here's a link our Personal Deposit Account Agreement for you to view for more specific information about our account terms: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. You may locate the information that answers your question in great details on page 17. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We hope the information provided was helpful, Jessica. If you need anything else, please let us know.
