Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Robert.
Here at TD Bank, there is no set amount that you must keep in your Checking or Savings account; however, some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. Please know that the minimum daily balance requirement must be maintained at all times to avoid the maintenance fee. If the account falls below the minimum daily balance at any point at the end of the business day during the statement cycle, it will incur a maintenance fee. The charge posts one time on the last day of your statement cycle. We invite you to review a full list of all Personal Account Maintenance Fees and compare our accounts here: http://bit.ly/1nldlQv.
If you like to discuss this in greater details, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location for assistance. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
