Why am I being asked to sign up for Bill Pay when we have been enrolled for years? IU can't get passed this screen PLEASE HELP WE HAVE BILLS TO PAY!!!!

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion! We've recently updated the Terms and Conditions associated with Bill Pay. Because of this all you would need to do is re-enroll in Bill Pay in order to regain access to his feature.
You're able to sign in to Online Banking here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. Once you complete the re-enrollment, you will have access to your Bill Pay profile with payments and billers included.
