Thanks for choosing to ask your question here on TD Helps, Maureen.
There is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid monthly maintenance fees on some of our Checking accounts. If you fall below your required minimum balance the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. If you are unsure of what account type you have, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Customer Service Representative can verify your account type with you. The account type will also be listed on your statements. Once you've located the type of account you have please view our Checking account details by visiting http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd.
If you'd prefer you also have the option of sending a Secured Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message." You may also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find location near you.
Thanks for reaching out, Maureen, and let us know of any other questions.
