Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps today, Nancy. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction regarding your fee inquiry.
Based on your question, it sounds like you may have been charged an Excess Transfer Fee. If this is so, this fee is charged when you make more than 6 electronic debit transactions from your savings account during your statement cycle. Regulation D, a Government regulation, places limitations on the number of monthly transactions that can be made from a Money Market and/or Savings Account. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our current Personal Fee Schedule.
Should you have any additional questions, please reach out to us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secured message as well.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
We hope this information is useful and feel free to come back to TD Helps any time you have a question, Nancy! Take care and have a great night.
