Good afternoon Anolik,
Great question, we thank you for stopping by with itt and apologize for any confusion about a fee.
Some of our accounts have a minimum daily balance requirement in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum balance, then a maintenance fee could be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
Since we're not certain from your message which type of account you have, we recommend locating yours on our site so that you can review any balance requirement it might have, and any applicable fees. To take a look at our Checking accounts, see this page: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, and for our Savings products, look here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT.
Because we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Specialist would be happy to review your account with you and see why this fee was assessed. You can also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a location near you.
We hope this clears it up a bit for you, Anolik.
Feel free to click the 'Reply' button with additional thoughts or questions and have a great afternoon!
