I thought I had this fixed when I went into the bank in bel air md to have this maintence fee removed. As long as I have over 20k I will not get hit with a maintence fee. I have 30k.

Thank you for your visit at TD Helps today, Charles.
We currently offer multiple different account types; some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. You can review a full list of all Personal Account Maintenance Fees and compare our accounts here: http://bit.ly/1nldlQv.
If you would like to discuss this maintenance fee with us directly, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be glad to review the minimum balance requirement of your account with you. If you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists, we'll also be more than happy to offer some suggestions in order to avoid future maintenance fees. Also, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about this fee. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Additionally, you can sit down with a Banking Specialist in person if you'd prefer at any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. Find the closest one here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours to discuss.
Thanks for stopping by, Charles. Have a good one.
