I was going back n forth from a couple of banks and I got locked out of my online Ted account how do I get back in

Once you're locked out, please know that we must speak with you via phone or in person for security purposes to assist you with an unlock. We ask that you give us a call at 888-751-9000, where our Representatives are available to assist 24/7.
