I tried logging into my easy web today and it told me that my access may be locked. It didn't give me any attempts to re-login nor asked me my security questions. It just won't let me log in with a "access may be locked".
Also I tried to make a transfer online and the person i was sending my money to couldn't complete the transfer, does that have something to do with the limit on my account? (For your information, I tried contacting TD through phone call, but they informed me that since i didn't have my easyline, they shouldn't be able to help me and told me to visit a branch tomorrow)
