I was trying to register on line and it says I need to call the customer service and I did. The lady who spoke to me say I need to go to local branch to have a password. I went to the local branch today and set up the password, which is the last name of my mom. I put it under the column where it says the SECURITY WORD, but it still didn't work, it asked me to call customer service once again. I don't know why that happened again when I got my security word.
