Thanks for your interest in opening an account with us, and we apologize that you are experiencing difficulties.
As you mentioned you are unable to open an account online, we recommend reaching out to us directly to open an account. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Before stopping in or calling, we recommend taking a look at the Checking accounts we have to offer. You are able to check out: https://go.td.com/Wczmq0 to view our Checking accounts.
If you need some help determining the right account for you, we recommend checking out our Account Selector here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E for a custom recommendation.
Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to answer any questions you may have and open an account for you. Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope you have a great rest of your week, Huma
