It starts off fine, but then just shows the top screen, and won't scroll down. This has happened >5 times in the last week or two.

Thanks for writing in today, Amy. We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've been experiencing with Bill Pay.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend trying to access Bill Pay with a different browser. This way we can eliminate that as a cause to this issue. If the problem occurs using a different browser, we ask that you contact us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562 so we can troubleshoot this further. We would love to be able to assist you directly however as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum we are unable to obtain your personal or account information. But have no worries, our Tech Support Specialists are just a call away and look forward to hearing from you.
