Welcome to TD Helps, Cynthia. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing when setting up the TD Mobile App and we are happy to help.
We'd like to let you know that prior to using the Mobile Baking application; you must set up an Online Banking profile through our website. You may wish to use a computer or the web browser via your mobile phone, please scroll to the bottom of the page and select "View Full Site." Please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and email address.
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, or still have issues trying to enroll, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up! Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time.
