First, we'd like to let you know that payments made electronically to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card may take 1-2 business days to be applied to your account. If the payment was mailed, please note that this may take longer depending on the receipt of your check. You're more than welcome to give one of our Card Services Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to ensure that your payments were applied to your account as you expected.
Additionally, from your message it sounds as though you might be viewing your TD Bank credit card account via Online Banking for your deposit accounts. We'd like to invite you to use TD Card Services Online Banking, a dedicated site designed specifically for your credit card. You may be able to view transactions and payment information faster using this site.
