Good afternoon, Davidson. Thanks for reaching out to us.
We can confirm that many of our Florida Stores are still closed due to Hurricane Irma, but we have begun the process of opening as many as possible. We have a list of Store closures online that we'll continue to update. You can find that list by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1BufxdC. On this page you'll also find info on all that we're doing to help our Customers affected by Hurricane Irma.
If you need to make a check deposit, you may be able to do so through mobile deposit. If you haven't done so already, simply download our app and log in with the same credentials you use online. Then select the camera icon. You'll be asked to take a picture of the front and back of the check and confirm the dollar amount. Once submitted, you can expect normal deposit processing with funds potentially available as soon as the next business day. If you need to deposit cash, you may still be able to do so at our ATM machines, as long as there is electricity to power them.
If you need any assistance at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You can also send us a secure message through your online and mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We're worried for all of our Customers in Florida and hope you're doing well. Take care, Davidson.
