The app used to be able to offer a paste feature and with the long and convoluted password I use, it is difficult to type it all in.

The option to paste your password into the password field on your mobile app should still be available. If you are still unable to do so, please contact our 24/7 Tech Support Team at 800-493-7562 and they'll be more than happy to assist you further.
