I am travelling and lost my debit card so I was using my td green visa for cash advance withdrawals from the atm and then transferring the money via easyweb to my card. Now when I try this it says my transaction has been cancelled, timed out, or cannot be completed. What has changed and why can't I use this method to take out cash anymore ?
