I don't want to reset my password. Why can't I use the old one?

Good afternoon, Juan. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in, but we'd be glad to help.
It sounds like you may be locked out of your online banking. Since passwords are case sensitive, a common cause of this is the caps lock accidently being left on. If you know your password and don't want to reset it, we can unlock it and reset the failed login attempts. Give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so we can do this for you. Once it's been reset you should be able to log in with your known credentials. We can stay on the line with you to make sure you get in ok.
If you have any other questions or problems accessing your online banking, don't hesitate to give us a call at the number above or stop in to see us at one of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you're having a great day, Juan!
