Based on your question, it sounds like your online banking might be locked. If this is so, please give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to assist further and get you back into your account.
Also, since you mentioned that you're currently in the Philippines, you can have one of our Specialists place travel notes on your account (if you haven't done so already). Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions.
