Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Frank. we understand the importance of viewing all of the desired account history you are looking for.
For viewing account history online, you can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . When logged in, click the link "Accounts." From there, you should be able to click the account of which you are looking to view. When viewing the account history, this summary will list the last 90 days of posted transactions.
You are also able to sign up for online statements, where your statements will be processed on your online banking profile. To sign up for online statements, please select the "Online Statement Settings" link listed under the "Help & Related Tasks" box on the left side of your screen. You could also select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Self Service, click on "Online Statement Settings" link as an alternative. After selecting the necessary link, you will now be at the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. Please select the account(s) you'd like to change the statement settings for, confirm your email address, also read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements" and a window should appear. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes".
You will then receive an email notification when a statement is available for viewing. To view a copy of a bank statement, you can do so by selecting the "Statements" tab under "Account History." When viewing copies of statements online, you can access statements ranging from present to the past 18 months of activity.
If you run into any problems while enrolling for Online Statements, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to assist! You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance. You can stop by the Store you opened the account at or for a list of Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores .
The information provided should help you look for account history over a longer period of time, Frank. We hope this helps, and we would love to have you stay with us. Have a great day.
