Thanks for coming by with your question, Keri! We'll be sure to provide you with some options on how to change your password. If you are looking to change your password for your TD Online Banking, there is a Self–Service option available if you know your current user name. If so, please go to the log in screen by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Under the password field is the "Trouble Logging In" link, please select that link. There are four steps needed to reset your password. Step one is verifying your personal information such as your user name and last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Step two and three will ask you to answer your security questions. Step four is to create your password. Here are a few tips you may want to consider when creating your password: - Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces - Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else - Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.) - Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days If you run into any difficulties while using the Self-Service feature or if you do not know your current user name, we ask that you contact our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, available 24/7. If this is for a BusinessDirect logon, due to extra verification needed, we ask that you contact us at the number provided above or you may visit us, during lobby hours, for further assistance. For Store locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We hope this helps and let us know If you have any questions, Keri!
