This is what it keeps saying but it doesn't let me do anything.. I haven't had but one attempt

If you are unable to create your online banking profile through our self-service option, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or 800-493-7562 Option 2 for TD Businessdirect. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be glad to enroll your account(s) and answer any questions you may have.
