Hi Patricia, thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question! We will gladly assist you with being able to check your balance.
To check your account balance using the TD Bank Automated System, you will need your account number or your debit card number. You can find your account number easily on your checks (it will be the second set of numbers) or on one of your statements. You can also find this number on the first page once you log into your Online Banking account, and feel free to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To find your debit card number, it will be the full 16-digit code on the front of your debit card.
When dialing the Automated System and after you have entered in your Phone Code, you will automatically hear your account balance and other options will be provided for you following that information.
Since you have previously used this feature if you continue experiencing difficulties, please connect with our Banking Specialists to further review your concerns. When dialing 888-751-9000 please press 0, 24/7, to be connected with a Specialist. After account verification, we'd be happy to help! They'll be glad to let you know how you can best use the automated system in the future if this is your preference.
We hope this information is helpful! Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day.
