I have never sent a transfer from this bank. I called a number and they could not understand it. there is an answering machine that will not let you type in your information without talking and interrupting. then they hang up. I have accounts both in Florida and in Toronto Canada. The service we are getting we are thinking of changing that. Too many recordings and not enough one one one people talk. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO SEND SOME MONEY. \we are visually impaired and it takes us a little longer to do things but I keep getting shut down from the session.
