Good morning, Anthony, thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps today.
You should be able to deposit cash or checks at any TD Bank ATM which accepts deposits. For more information, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ovr1p2. To find a conveniently-located TD Bank ATM near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores and check the Search ATMs box to find an ATM that meets your preferences.
If your TD debit card was rejected while making an ATM deposit, we encourage you calling our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. Upon account verification, our Banking Specialist will be able to determine the cause and offer the solutions as well. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you are enrolled for online banking and you prefer, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can review your debit card and assist you with your card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
There're also other options that you may make deposits into your TD Bank accounts and we'd like to go over all the options with you.
First of all, you can make deposits at any TD Bank Store location with a bank teller whichever is more convenient for you. If you have a very busy schedule and could not make to a Store location, no worries because we also offer Mail-In Deposit service; you can mail your checks to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
Cash should not be sent through the mail
Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
Do not staple transactions
Additionally, we offer Mobile deposit service via our Mobile App. You can make deposits to your account by using TD Bank Mobile Deposit App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account.
Please note; there are daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
We invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. Our complete Funds Availability Policy can be found on pages 38-41.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
