Thanks for writing in Janice. It's a pleasure to assist you.
We apologize as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account specific information to assist directly. We will be sure to provide you with helpful information.
If the check in question has been paid in the past 60 days, you may view the image via your Online Banking account. Once you're logged in through here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement.
As you mentioned your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and we can mail a copy to your home address.
If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. You may also send us a Secure Message via Online Banking to request a copy. Once you're logged in to your Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”
Please note that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK for our current Fee Schedule.
Have a great day, Janice!
