I need copy of check #561 for $500.00 for taxes

Hi Claire, thanks for joining us on TD Helps today. We'll be glad to provide you with options to obtain a copy of a cancelled check.
If the check in question has been paid in the past 60 days, you may view the image via your Online Banking account. Once you're logged in, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement.
If you do not currently use Online Banking or your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also send us a Secure Message via Online Banking to request a copy. Once you're logged in to your Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”
