I cannot remember my pin so I have been using my card as a credit. I tried doing this when I went grocery shopping today but It didn't allow me to pay as credit. So I called td bank and the woman who I spoked to told me that she cleared all the attempts and that I should be able to use my card now. So I tried it again, but it didn't work. It is beyond me why I can;t use my card and that I can't reset my pin over the phone or online. I go to school in Ohio where there aren't any TD banks. This is so inconvenient. Is there anything else I can do? I'm a college student who doesn't have groceries for the next week.

Although, we are unable to provide ATM debit card PIN via email or telephone for security reason, we're happy to offer other options that you may retrieve or reset your ATM PIN. Feel free to choose one from the following options:
- Call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
-Send us a secure message via your online banking to request a PIN reminder. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Please allow 7-10 business days for the PIN Reminder to be mailed to your address on file.
